1- go to this website:

2- you will see in the center "Free T-shit" click on it
3- type your NAME , EMAIL , SHIPPING ADRESS ( don't forget to type you full adress: home number+city+country+...)
4- chose your gender (male/female)
5- chose what your size ( small/medium/large..)
6- click submit.
and here you request for your free t-shirt
